Need an extra pair of hands? Meet AINOVA Digital Colleagues

You don’t need another hire or a major AI project to get started. Sometimes you just need to hand a real piece of work to the right specialist — from €29.

Most companies have a fairly long list of things they know they should be doing better.

The trouble is that the list rarely gets shorter.

Someone should be looking for new prospects more consistently. The sales pipeline could use a proper review rather than a quick look before Monday’s meeting. Margins are moving and nobody has had the time to work out why. An important proposal needs more attention. Competitors are making moves. Cash flow deserves a closer look. There are plenty of dashboards, but not always enough understanding of what the numbers are actually saying.

And valuable knowledge still has a habit of ending up scattered across documents, inboxes and a few people’s heads.

Usually, the problem isn’t knowing that the work matters.

It’s finding the time, focus or specialist expertise to deal with it properly.

That’s the thinking behind AINOVA Digital Colleagues.

Instead of starting with the technology, we start with the work.

Forget the AI model for a moment. Who could you actually use some help from?

Need more potential customers?

Try an AI Sales Scout.

Trying to understand what’s happening to your margins?

Bring in a Margin Analyst.

Want a clearer picture of competitors and market moves?

That’s a job for a Competitive Intelligence Analyst.

Have an important tender or commercial proposal to prepare?

A Proposal Writer can take that on.

Too many KPIs and not enough clarity about what they mean for the business?

A Business Performance Analyst may be more useful.

And if cash is getting tied up somewhere in the business, a Working Capital Analyst can help you understand where and why.

Those are just a few examples.

AINOVA Digital Colleagues cover the main business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Management, Compliance, Procurement, HR, Project Management, Strategy & Competition, Training, Data Analysis, Customer Service and Knowledge.

You don’t have to build an entire digital team on day one.

You can start with one job.

Give it something real to do first

We deliberately kept the first step small.

Take the AI Sales Scout.

A standard assignment costs €29.

An advanced assignment is €49.

You can also try it for seven days for €29.

If you later decide that this is a capability you want to keep around, the Sales Scout can remain active for €149 per month or €1,490 per year.

Prices exclude VAT.

That changes the nature of the buying decision.

You don’t have to ask yourself:

“Are we ready to buy another AI platform?”

You can ask something much simpler:

“I’ve got a job that needs doing. Let’s see how it handles it.”

That’s probably a better way to find out whether the idea is useful in your business.

It’s not just ChatGPT wearing a job title

That distinction matters.

An AINOVA Digital Colleague has a defined role and mission. It comes with specific skills and operating boundaries. Where authorised, it can work with company context and the tools your team already uses.

It can have a human manager.

More importantly, it should understand when a task is starting to move beyond its own area of expertise.

That’s where things get interesting.

Because a useful colleague shouldn’t simply hand you a document and call the job finished.

It should help you make sense of the work: what was found, why it matters and what might need to happen next.

A KPI without context doesn’t tell you very much

Suppose your Financial Analyst notices that DSO has moved from 58 to 74 days.

Traditional software can show you:

DSO: 74.

Accurate, certainly.

But that isn’t necessarily the same thing as useful.

What management really needs to know is what the change means.

Customers are taking longer to turn receivables into cash. That may or may not be a serious issue depending on what’s happening at the same time with revenue, margins, liquidity and the company’s broader priorities.

Perhaps sales are growing, but more of that growth is also being locked up in receivables.

Suddenly the number means something.

And the conversation changes from:

“What is the KPI?”

to:

“What should we do about it?”

Maybe the next step is to look at receivables aging, customer concentration and payment terms.

Or perhaps the issue has become specialised enough that somebody else should take it further.

A good Financial Analyst should recognise that too.

Sometimes the useful answer is: you need a different specialist

If the problem is specifically about working capital, the Financial Analyst shouldn’t suddenly pretend to be an expert in every adjacent field.

It might say:

“These figures deserve a closer working-capital review. You may want to involve your CFO or Finance Manager, or ask a Working Capital Analyst to take the analysis further.”

What happens next is up to you.

Someone already in the company can handle it.

You can give another Digital Colleague a one-off assignment.

Try that specialist for a few days.

Or, if you keep running into the same need, make that capability part of the team.

This is one of the ideas behind Digital Colleagues that we think is particularly useful.

Instead of building a large collection of agents in advance because they might one day be needed, the organisation can add expertise as real work exposes the need for it.

A Sales Scout may find an interesting opportunity.

That might lead to a Deal Coach.

Later, perhaps, a Proposal Writer.

Eventually an Account Analyst.

A Market Research Analyst might spot a competitor changing direction. That could become a question for a Strategy Analyst. If the implications are significant, a Scenario Planner might help explore the options, and a Decision Analyst could support management when an actual decision needs to be made.

It won’t always happen in a neat sequence.

Real companies rarely work like that.

The point is that the digital team can evolve around what the business is actually dealing with, rather than around an artificial organisation chart designed in advance.

Managers remain managers

That also needs to be clear.

AINOVA isn’t based on the assumption that businesses should somehow remove people from the equation.

Quite the opposite.

The goal is to give people more room for the work that really depends on human judgement: responsibility, relationships, negotiation, experience, creativity and decision-making.

A CFO might work with a Financial Analyst, Margin Analyst and Working Capital Analyst.

A Sales Director could use a Sales Scout, Deal Coach and Account Analyst.

A CEO might work with an Executive Assistant, Strategy Advisor and Business Performance Analyst.

Responsibility stays with people.

What changes is how much analysis, preparation and connection-making can happen before somebody has to make the call.

Digital Colleagues can also work with the systems you already have

Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, email and other supported business tools.

Some standard integrations may be available immediately. Others can be activated within 24–48 hours.

Where the work requires deeper integration with ERP systems, internal databases, production software or proprietary applications, the company can move into AINOVA’s more advanced Productized Solutions.

The goal isn’t to replace perfectly good software just for the sake of it.

It’s to give Digital Colleagues enough context to work with the systems, data and processes that are already there.

You really can start small

One assignment.

€29.

One genuine business problem.

That’s enough.

If the work is useful, you keep going.

One Digital Colleague might eventually become several. A few colleagues can start working as a Digital Team. Over time, they can share more context, processes and organisational knowledge, eventually becoming part of a broader Company Brain.

But none of that has to be decided today.

The first decision is much simpler.

Find one piece of work that is worth doing better.

Maybe we’ve been asking the wrong AI question

For the last few years, businesses have spent a lot of time asking:

“How should we implement AI?”

It’s a reasonable question.

It may just be too big a question to start with.

Try this one instead:

“If I could add one extra capability to the company tomorrow, what would I ask it to do?”

If an answer came to mind straight away, you probably already know where to begin.

Your next colleague might not need a desk.

Choose the role.

Give it something real to do.

See what comes back.

Then decide whether you want to keep working together.

You can start from €29.
